How do I verify my Identity?

ID Verification 

As stipulated by the Australian Federal Government, all accounts with Australian Bookmakers are subject to the customer identification process. This is to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering legislation. At Neds, we have made this process as hassle-free as possible.

Neds will attempt to verify your identity electronically using Green ID upon opening an account with us. Green ID is Australia’s leading compliance solution and ensures complete information security and privacy at all times. Please note that electronic verification is only available to Australian citizens and residents.

What is Account Verification? 

You are required to supply us with your identification within 14 days of opening your account, before making a withdrawal or when requested by Neds. Should we not receive identification within this period, your account may be restricted from betting pending receipt of such identification.  

There are two ways to verify your account:
