# Multiple Betting

Multi (Parlay, Accumulator or All Up)

Multiple bet types allow you to select a series of two, three or more single bets from sports and/or racing and combine them to increase your return. The final dividend is determined by multiplying together the odds of each of your selections. The maximum number of selections within the one multiple is limited to 16 on neds.com.au

Single Multiple
In a single multiple, all of the selected competitors must win - otherwise the bet is lost. The maximum number of selections within the one multiple is limited to 16.

Calculating the outcome of a bet
To calculate the outcome of a bet, calculate the dividend and the return.

Example
A player bets \$10 taking the following three selections (i.e. takes a 3 Play Parlay / Treble as follows)

• Rugby Union. Ireland to Win at 2.20
• Soccer. England Correct Score 2-0 at 4.00
• Golf. Phil Mickelson to Win at 10.00

Calculating the dividend. To calculate the final dividendthe odds of each of the selections must be multiplied i.e. 2.20 x 4 x10 = 88

Calculating the return. The return is calculated by multiplying the amount bet (stake) by the calculated dividend i.e. 88 x \$10 = \$880. As such, the profit is \$870 (return less stake).

Example
A player is unable to take the following Soccer Multiple bet:

• England Correct Score 2-0 at 8.00
• England to Win at 3.35

In this instance, the two bets are related to one another as if the Correct Score on the match is England winning 2-0, then England has also won the match. As such, the two bets are related to one another.
