Why is my account suspended?

If you are not able to access your account, place bets or make deposits, your account may have been suspended. There are various reasons for account suspension:

ID verification
Your account may be suspended if your account is not if verified within 45 days after placing your first bet or depositing funds for the first time. Find more about Account Verification.

Incorrect details
Your personal details must match the documents on your file. If your details have changed (address and/or name), we may suspend your account until you are able to provide new details with matching documents.

Responsible gambling
You may have opted for self-exclusion. Find more about Responsible Gambling.

Customer security
Should we notice any suspicious activity on your account, we reserve the right to suspend it. Suspicious activity may include: unusual betting patterns, charge-back or duplicate accounts.
