Why is my account suspended?
If you are not able to access your account, place bets or make deposits, your account may have been suspended.

Your personal details must match the documents on your file. If your details have changed (address and/or name), we may suspend your account until you are able to provide new details with matching documents.

Should we notice any suspicious activity on your account, we reserve the right to suspend it. Suspicious activity may include: unusual betting patterns, charge-back or duplicate accounts.
